Review of the Programme of Advisory and Support Services, DFID

2004; UK; DFID

Itad was contracted by DFID to undertake a review of PASS (the Programme of Advisory and Support Services), and recommend whether the contract should be extended for a further two years. The review considered how DFID should fund this resource centre and made recommendations for revisions to its log frame.

PASS is a DFID resource centre that provides support for policy development and lesson-learning across a range of technical themes relating to poverty reduction. Examples of thematic areas in which it provides policy support on include: agriculture and natural resources, food security, HIV/AIDS and rural poverty, rural services and rural governance and trade.
