Nateisha Decruz-Young

Nateisha Decruz-Young joined Itad as a consultant in the Governance theme in Autumn 2017. She has over 11 years’ experience in international development and public policy, with a focus on strategy development, project management and monitoring and evaluation.

Prior to joining Itad, Nateisha was the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for the British Council on an Asian Development Bank project for the Government of Meghalaya (India). She was also an investigator on an impact evaluation, led by the Government of Nepal and funded by 3ie, that used a randomised control trial methodology. Her recent experience also includes developing policies, strategies and managing high-profile multi-million pound projects for the Mayor of London.

Nateisha holds a Masters of Science in Social Policy and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is experienced in designing and undertaking qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis as well as in providing capacity building for government officials and field investigators.
