UNICEF is in the process of developing its renewed Theories of Change and Results Framework for the Strategic Plan for the period 2022-2025.
Our role
Itad is supporting UNICEF with expert advice in relation to the development, refinement and communication of their Theory of Change and Results Framework of the Strategic Plan 2022-2025. We will develop a model Theory of Change structure and accompanying Results Frameworks, whilst ensuring that they are consistent with harmonised UN-wide approaches to results-based management.
As part of this work, we will hold a training workshop on the formulation of Theories of Change at the global level, develop ideas for ways to simplify the Strategic Plan, and suggest ways to make future Strategic Plans more impact-oriented. We will also provide ongoing advice and support, and develop communications materials on ways to communicate ToC development throughout the organisation and with external stakeholders.
