Itad is leading an evaluation to assess the Norwegian aid administration’s internal processes and systems for measuring and demonstrating results of Norwegian funded interventions.
We are reviewing Norad and the MFA’s current internal processes and systems for results measurement, reviewing the level of support staff receive to ensure evaluability, using process mapping to review and assess the practices of results measurement in a sample of Norwegian funded intervention and conducting a quality review of a sample of recently completed evaluations and reviews.
