Helena joined Itad in June 2022 as a research analyst through our RA programme, which seeks to help give early-career individuals the tools they need for MEL consultancy in the development sector. She is currently working within the Governance and Institutional Strengthening practice, working across a range of areas.
In her current role, Helena has experience supporting the delivery of a variety of evaluations and working with a diverse range of clients. In her role as a research analyst, she also supports the development of project deliverables, assists team coordination and provides a wide range of administrative support.
Prior to joining Itad, Helena studied at Imperial College London where she completed a BSc in Biological Sciences with a focus on microbiology and health. She has since worked for a range of NGOs, both in the UK and abroad, as well as working in the civil service supporting the COVID response. Helena also has experience working in Tanzania with small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Helena’s research interests cover migration, refugees and health in conflict zones, with a focus on sustainable policy solutions.
