Nora joined Itad in 2023 as a Consultant in the Fragile and Conflict-Affected Settings (FCAS) team. Her areas of expertise include human rights law, climate change and conflict nexus, migration and displacement issues, crime and justice.
Before joining Itad, Nora worked in various international and national institutions, including the United Nations in Kenya and India, the German Federal Foreign Office, and the International Criminal Court in The Hague. Most recently, she served in Tunisia with the GIZ, contributing to the Tunisian component of the regional project ‘Support to the Reform Partnership with Africa’.
Her well-rounded background in international relations, law and development allows her to bring valuable insights and practical experience to her work at Itad, significantly enhancing the company’s capabilities in addressing complex issues within fragile and conflict-affected settings.
Nora holds an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge, an LL.M. in Human Rights Law from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences and a B.A. in International Relations from the TU Dresden.
