Musika is an independent Zambian non-profit company that works to deepen and broaden the impact of economic growth by strengthening the functioning of agricultural markets in the country. It provides technical support and a number of investments to stimulate and deepen commercial market links with the rural poor.
Our role
Itad was commissioned by Musika to help refine its monitoring systems to enable it to better measure its results, manage its internal information and tell the story of Musika’s impact. Itad worked with Musika staff to prepare a monitoring and evaluation guide and supported the development of improved tools for information collection, monitoring and reporting.
