Bikash is an IT Operations Officer within the Business Operations Team at Itad.
He has extensive expertise in managing SharePoint environments and overseeing program data management. He focuses on data collection, quality assurance, and developing dashboards using Power BI, databases, and Excel-based solutions. Beyond data management, Bikash has a strong background in website design, programming, and technical support for external learning events. He excels in working with international teams and supporting internal staff, consultants, stakeholders, and clients.
Previously, Bikash served as the MIS Lead for the Nigeria Infrastructure Advisory Facility (NIAF) managed by Tetra Tech, a UKaid-funded program under FCDO. There, he played a key role in enhancing efficiency and productivity through strategic online systems and daily program support.
