To enable this, we offer a transparent recruitment process where candidates can see the full range of questions we will ask at interview which are structured around the core strengths that we value in all team members.

Itad’s equality, inclusivity and diversity initiatives have included providing training for employees on how allyship can help improve diversity, performance, and creativity. We have provided training for all employees around unconscious bias and have focused Inclusive Recruitment training for all hiring managers.
