At Itad, we embrace hybrid working, providing a flexible and adaptable model to meet your needs.
Our approach allows you to balance work and personal life effectively by choosing when to work from home in the UK or be in the office. Moreover, hybrid working enhances inclusivity, accommodating diverse needs, reducing commuting time, and granting autonomy over schedules, and allowing extra time for health and well-being activities.
The minimum requirement for you to come into the office is for company events including L&D, TadTalks and Company Business Days, usually once per month. They are a great opportunity for you to meet colleagues in person, to build relationships and stay connected.
We appreciate that we don’t all observe the same festivals and celebrations. As such, public holidays and the days off between Christmas and New Year are now completely flexible, you can swap any of these days and take the holiday at a different time to suit you. If you prefer to work on public holidays and take them at a different time, we fully support this!
We also accommodate flexible working patterns. This might involve maintaining the same weekly hours but adjusting the working schedule, or you may choose to reduce your regular work week. We’re always open to discussing how we can support your work-life balance.
