Francisca is a professional with over five years of experience in human security and conflict monitoring. She has experience working with ECOWARN, the ECOWAS Early Warning and Response Network, where she served as a Field Monitor for Ghana. In this role, she worked under the human security thematic areas, contributing to the analysis and reporting of security trends and their implications for regional stability.
Prior to her current position, Francisca worked as a Security and Conflict Analyst with the Littorals Regional Initiative under USAID’s Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI). There, she played a pivotal role in assessing security dynamics in LRI’s target countries, providing actionable insights to support programmatic responses to emerging threats across the region.
Francisca holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from the Legon Center for International Affairs and Diplomacy (LECIAD), University of Ghana, Legon. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Spanish from the same institution, reflecting her commitment to multilingual and cross-cultural competence in her professional engagements.
Her expertise in early warning systems, human security, and conflict analysis positions her as a valuable contributor to initiatives aimed at promoting peace, stability, and resilience across West Africa.
