Pacific women worked across the 14 member countries of the Pacific Island Forum through strategic partnerships and funding relationships. The four areas of focus were women’s leadership and decision making, women’s economic empowerment, ending violence against women and enhancing agency.
The evaluation
Our evaluation examined whether Pacific Women contributed to increased capacity and resources, strengthened relationships, and supported action in its key result areas. Our work was a learning process through which the programme was able to take stock and indentify gaps and areas for improvement – and provided a mechanism for feedback from implementing partners and the communities it was working with.
