Sarah Ockenden is a Partner at Itad. She is a qualified Management Accountant with nearly 3 decades of experience. She also currently undertakes the role of Chief Operating Officer. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing the company’s financials and the organisation’s business services teams.
Sarah works across the organisation in close collaboration with the finance, project management and operations teams. She supports business processes to enable Itad to provide the best possible service to our partners and deliver results in development.
Sarah oversees Itad’s international operations from a financial, legal and tax perspective and is involved in ensuring Itad is set up with the most effective models in the territories that it operates in. She is also a trained coach and mentor and leads Itad internal Womens coaching program.
