Chris Perry has over 20 years’ experience leading or working in teams, supporting the design, delivery and evaluation of international development interventions around the world.
He has first-class expertise in the design, planning and implementation of programme MEL systems supporting adaptive or results-based management approaches. His high-level technical skills encompass programme learning and adaptation, performance management, policy and strategy development or adjustment, value for money assessment and financial planning. Chris has employed these skills in both the private and public sectors, including within thematic areas that include public-sector governance, education, personnel, financial management, and energy forecasting.
Chris is an accomplished evaluator and quantitative specialist with expertise in mixed method theory-based evaluations, contribution analysis and utilisation focussed evaluations. He also has a proven track record of leading and managing organisational capacity development, including through designing and facilitating organisational change processes, systems strengthening and delivering coaching or formal training.
