AVANTI is an innovative, new IFAD programme that aims to strengthen the ability of national governments to report against the SDGs in the agricultural sector. The AVANTI initiative uses a managing for development results approach and it is within this context that we will explore the link between decision-making and M&E capacities and systems.
This unique event will hear from expert panellists within the international evaluation and agricultural sectors, as they reflect on how we can improve the capacity of participant countries to manage for development results.
