Giovanna Voltolina and Fernanda Pinheiro Sequeira were randomly assigned to two different digital teams with participants from around the world. The teams had to prepare a research design approach in the form of a retrospective data mining or visualisation exercise, a forward-looking approach with strategies for future data mining or a forward-looking approach with a focus on developing an impact or quasi-experimental evaluation design.
Congratulations to Giovanna, whose team, LED (learn, evaluate and play in the team members’ three respective languages) won the competition and also to Fernanda, whose team, Youth for Impact, came a close second.
Check out their presentations for the competition.
