Itad has been contracted by Norad to conduct the first ever evaluation of the Temporary International Presence in Hebron (TIPH). We have composed a team of two international consultants, one Palestinian and one Israeli, to conduct this evaluation of the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, sustainability, risk management and coherence of the TIPH.
