Itad, in partnership with Chr. Michelsen Institute (CMI), conducted an evaluation of the Norwegian Training for Peace in Africa (TfP) Programme.
The main focus was an impact assessment of the programme’s training component, with a focus on the training of police. The team comprised Elling Tjonneland (TL), Chris Albertyn and Torunn Wimpelmann from CMI and Anna Paterson, David Fleming and Alice Hills from Itad.
