As Itad continues to grow and evolve its offer and client base, we have expanded our leadership team to include eight partners who will lead on the delivery of our work across our technical areas and provide a more bespoke and focussed service for our clients.
Our partners are:
Tim Ruffer, who will become Managing Partner and oversee the implementation of Itad’s strategy, as well as our technical work on private sector development and impact investing.
Sarah Ockenden, who will become Chief Operating Officer and focus on leading the translation of strategy into day-to-day operational detail.
Sam McPherson, who will become Partner for human development, while also overseeing our business development strategy.
Philippa Tadele, who will become Partner for social protection, livelihoods and climate change.
Chris Barnett, who will become Partner for technical excellence, overseeing our Knowledge Hub and service offering development.
Richard Burge, who will become Partner for governance and institutional strengthening.
Rob Lloyd, who will also become Partner for governance and institutional strengthening.
Jon Cooper, who will become Partner for human development.
