As part of our work on the Programme to Engage, Reform and Learn (PERL) in Nigeria, Abdulkareem Lawal worked with the Office of the Vice President to develop a Strategy Document for the National Livestock Transformation Plan 2019-2028, and an accompanying implementation plan. Apart from developing deeper insights into the workings of government at the highest levels, he had some important takeaways from the process, which he shared in this blog.
