Our recruitment process

We know interviewing isn’t easy; we believe in a fair, transparent recruitment process that gives you the opportunity to truly demonstrate your skills, expertise and passion. Discover what your recruitment journey at Itad will look like.

Our recruitment process is designed to help us find the best match for Itad, not just the best interviewer.

From application to start date, your recruitment journey will typically include:

Application

We ask you to submit your CV and cover letter through our recruitment portal. We recognise some candidates may not match every aspect of our job descriptions perfectly – and may possess skills we haven’t explicitly mentioned. If this describes you, we still encourage you to apply!

First stage interview

30 minutes via Microsoft Teams

During this call, you’ll chat about your motivations and expertise with a member of Itad. You’ll have the chance to ask any questions you have about us or the role.

Second stage interview

90 minutes in our Brighton office
At this stage, we’ll dive deeper into your skills and experience. You’ll get a chance to see our office space and meet more of our team. Depending on the role, we may ask you to complete a presentation or task at this stage. We’ll share details of this and your interview questions in advance so you can prepare.

If your second interview is successful, we’ll be in touch shortly with an offer and to arrange your start date – congratulations, we can’t wait to work with you!

Please note: due to the high volume of applications we receive, we are unable to provide feedback for every submission. We will provide feedback from interviews at any stage.
