Flexible working patterns
We support our team to shape their working patterns around our core hours, which might include compressed or reduced hours.
We don’t all observe the same festivals and celebrations. As such, public holidays and the days off between Christmas and New Year are completely flexible – you can swap any of these days and take the holiday at a different time to suit you.
How often will I be in the office?
We support you to work in the way that best meets your needs – whether this is full-time from the office or hybrid.
We ask for in-person attendance for company events, such as our quarterly Company Business Days, which focus on company-wide learning and provide an opportunity for you to meet colleagues in person, build relationships and stay connected.
Individual teams also have their own office-working patterns to facilitate collaboration, such as weekly, fortnightly or monthly ‘in days’. Additionally, our international offices have their own hybrid working models; please ask about this during your interview for more details.
