Priority Research Questions
The Collaborative identified three discrete but interlinked questions which were explored during the project:
- Who are the audiences for HSS evaluation results and what evidence do they need?
- How can we foster shared understandings of language, methods & outcomes in HSS evaluation?
- How can we better understand what will and won’t work at country level in terms of HSS evaluation?
To explore these questions, HSSEC hosted and Itad facilitated monthly learning sessions with key stakeholders, including HSS investors, country-level HSS actors and evaluators. To support the learning process, Itad developed and shared with the Collaborative a series of reports, technical briefing papers and case studies
