She worked with a range of organisations to support project delivery and is passionate about innovative and digital approaches to international development.
Prior to joining Itad, she used participatory approaches as a consultant for the Jamaica National Foundation, where she led and delivered a new capacity building strategy for one of KPMG Italy’s flagship corporate social responsibility projects.
Ally holds an MA in anthropology for development and social transformation from the University of Sussex. In her dissertation, she used ethnographic research to study the relationship between activist art forms and the integration of people with migrant and refugee backgrounds in the UK.
