Christopher Smith is a Chartered Water and Environmental Manager and Associate Member of the Association of Project Managers. He gains a lot of energy from his leadership role at Itad. He has a track record of consistently improving commercial, financial and programme deliverables for clients over the last 20 years. Christopher thrives on creativity and teamwork to deliver strategic objectives that ultimately also improve the skills and personal development of every member of his team.
Christopher is passionate about reducing risk for communities and businesses by working together and co-creating projects for improved outcomes. Christopher has a strong technical background in managing UK and international climate, flood and coastal erosion risk and resilience projects. He has successfully delivered projects for a wide variety of private companies and public organisations by developing financial appraisals, detailed business cases and built infrastructure developments.
