Clare joined Itad in 2016. Her work focuses on climate resilience and adaptation, climate finance, innovation, prize evaluation and learning. Her technical delivery has included Theory of Change development, contribution analysis and value for money assessments.
Delivering a diverse portfolio, Clare has designed and implemented evaluations for a range of clients, delivering case studies in Kenya, Nepal, Indonesia and the Philippines and, as part of these, trained and collaborated with in-country teams.
Before joining Itad, Clare worked as a climate change specialist, delivering assignments in Bangladesh, Myanmar, Kenya and Tanzania. She lived and worked in Bangladesh for two years, and during this time established an international research-to-policy climate change learning platform.
