Daan Schuttenbelt joined Itad in 2021 as a Consultant in the Inclusive Growth and Climate Change team. Her areas of expertise include women’s economic empowerment, private sector development, and skills and employment sector development with a strong focus on inclusivity.
She has experience in theory-based evaluation and qualitative research methods, as well as experience in conducting political economy analyses.
Daan has worked across a wide range of project and development issues, with research experience primarily in South and South-East Asia. Prior to joining Itad, she worked as a Project Manager at DAI managing projects in Mexico and Palestine. Earlier, she spent time working at the Dutch Embassy in Myanmar as well as working as a research consultant on WASH projects in India.
