He is also advising on the design of the monitoring, evaluation, and learning agenda for the USAID-funded Inclusive Resilience in Somalia project.
Before coming to Itad, Jason was the Director of Monitoring and Evaluation programs for IMC Worldwide/USA. While at IMC he conducted a series of assessments to inform programs that sought to improve livelihoods in North East Syrian communities. He also led a nationwide baseline study for Rwanda’s Ministry of Agriculture and Animal resources to inform the Ministry’s strategy to improve the livelihoods of women that work in the agriculture sector.
Jason served as a senior economic development advisor at RTI International before his work at IMC USA. At RTI, among his projects was the design of the the Microenterprise Growth Index in Egypt, an IFC funded project.
