Julie-Anne Darsley has over 11 years’ experience in research and project management across 24 countries. She has particular expertise in managing multi-disciplinary and multi-site teams.
Julie-Anne has been at Itad since 2019. She is in charge of commercial and contractual management, delivery and quality of complex projects, reporting, high-risk country deployment and compliance.
She currently manages significant evaluations for clients including DFID, UNAIDS and the Department of Health and Social Care. Her sectoral experience and expertise encompass HIV/AIDS, health systems strengthening, antimicrobial resistance, building resiliency and gender equality, adaptive programme management, biofuels, environmental legal standing, marine protected areas, and fair trade, ethical business and moral economies.
Julie-Anne also works on developing and strengthening organisational systems and processes with a view to improving project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
