Lou Howard is Compliance and Operations Manager for Itad. She joined in 2021 and leads the IT and Facilities Teams in delivering all aspects of the company’s Business Operations.
Lou comes to Itad from both the Financial and Non-Profit sectors, an experienced Customer Relationship Manager with a background in Coaching, Learning and Development, Business Analysis and Continuous Improvement.
Within Itad Lou spearheads the business’ audit processes and ensures Itad works in line with GDPR and international governances as well as overseeing IT and Facilities Ops.
