Nateisha Decruz-Young has over 15 years’ experience in international development and public policy, with a focus on project management, strategy development and evaluation.
Prior to joining Itad, Nateisha was the M&E Specialist for the British Council on an Asian Development Bank project for the Government of Meghalaya in India. She was also an investigator on an impact evaluation, led by the Government of Nepal and funded by 3ie, that used a randomised control trial. Her recent experience also includes developing policies and strategies, and managing high-profile projects for the Mayor of London.
At Itad, Nateisha has worked on a number of projects in the areas of governance and institutional strengthening. Her work includes research on empowerment and accountability in fragile and conflict-affected settings, conducted learning reviews, and, more recently she has led the development of our work on modern-day slavery. Nateisha also co-leads our community of practice on adaptive programming.
