Pippa Page Lowe joined Itad as a consultant in 2020. She has five years’ experience in the international development sector, including grants management, communications, academic research and strategic support to disability and maternal health programming. Her professional background also includes six years in the UK’s Parliament, where she managed research campaigns and communications for several Members of Parliament.
Pippa has conducted qualitative research on several global health topics including the 2014-16 West Africa Ebola outbreak, the social dynamics of epidemic response, urban infection management and health systems and nutrition policy. Her technical skills include comprehensive and systematic literature reviews, synthesis and impact evaluation. She is highly experienced in relationship and programme management and strategy development, having overseen grants, compliance and project strengthening for Tanzania’s largest obstetric fistula programme.
