Rachel Conway is Itad’s Learning and Development Lead. She became CIPD qualified in 2015 and has been working in a variety of L&D roles across the private sector for the past 10 years. Her experience has focused on supporting business units and operational teams with the induction and training of new staff, as well as technical skills and line manager training.
Rachel works to drive Itad’s L&D strategy forward and align our training with the company’s values and competency framework. She provides support across the business to ensure that every team has the tools they need to provide our clients with the best possible service.
