Rachel Neiman is a Project Manager and the Project Management Unit Manager at Itad with over 12 years’ experience working on international development projects. She specialises in supporting complex, multi-country organisations with large scale operations, with particular expertise in streamlining processes and affecting change. Her skills include leadership, an ability to refine and improve business operations and people development.
Overall, Rachel’s responsibilities include oversight of project processes, including detailed financial monitoring and reporting, high-risk country deployment, and contractual management and compliance. Rachel also leads the company’s Supplier Management Strategy.
Rachel joined Itad in 2018 as a Senior Project Officer, working on large scale evaluations such as The Fleming Fund, WISH and GPE. More recently Rachel has project managed a number of evaluations with the Global Resilience Partnership, in conjunction with KPMG East Africa.
