Sarah Owen is a Senior Project Officer in the Itad Project Management Unit and is responsible for the delivery of project co-ordination and commercial processes for a wide-ranging portfolio of complex projects. She delivers business improvements for the Project Management Unit, with a focus on supplier management, and mentors Itad’s Project Administrators.
Sarah works together with project teams on contract management, budget preparation, financial monitoring, project management processes and technical tasks. She leads on documenting processes for improved internal knowledge sharing and learning. She also co-ordinates workshops and other engagements and acts as the point of contact for clients and suppliers.
Sarah has extensive experience in senior co-ordination roles and, prior to joining Itad, held positions with Frontline AIDS (formerly International HIV/AIDS Alliance) and Friends of the Earth. She holds a degree in environmental science, a diploma in event management with public relations and a Pitman’s Computer Skills Diploma.
