Simon has over 15 years of experience working in international development as a project manager and technical advisor.
He is an experienced project evaluator with skills in mixed methods research using quantitative and qualitative methodologies. He is experienced in market system analysis and inclusive market development programming with a focus on small holder agricultural market systems and thin markets.
Prior to working at Itad, Simon worked at Plan International as a Programme Development Specialist (UK) and at Game Rangers International as Country Director (Zambia) and with Concern Worldwide as Programme Director (Uganda) and the Markets and Private Sector Technical Advisor (Global).
Simon has extensive project management experience implementing projects with a range of clients including institutional donors such as USAID, UN agencies, DFID and European Union as well as foundations and charitable organisations.
