Tarun Adhikari has over 27 years of experience in program design, strategic planning, monitoring, evaluation, research and learning for complex development and humanitarian programs.
He has worked with different prominent development organisations including USAID, GiZ, UNDP, Save the Children, and Helvetas. Tarun has led the overall organisational monitoring evaluation and learning functions in Nepal, Afghanistan, Iraq and other countries.
He has exceptional abilities in leading Design, Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) capacity development for government officials, CSOs, implementation partners, and program staff at national and international levels.
He is experienced in leading qualitative and quantitative research and evaluations and facilitating collaborative learning and adaptation approaches for improving program quality and program innovations. Tarun has a Master’s Degree in Economics.
