He is a highly regarded adviser, team leader and project director, having worked in over 35 countries.
Tim helps international development organisations, investors and businesses to assess the impact of their work, and to learn and improve their performance. He brings wide-ranging expertise in strategy advice and analysis, results and performance assessment, and all types of evaluation. He has been the lead author of numerous guidelines and handbooks on results measurement and evaluation for inclusive growth and market development.
