Poverty Project – Monitoring and Evaluation and Microcomputing
1999-2001; Kenya; Wye College (University of London) and the University of East Anglia
Itad collaborated on training assignments in Monitoring and Evaluation and Microcomputing with two universities in the UK: Wye College (University of London) and the University of East Anglia. A three-month course on ‘Managing Rural Development: Information Systems, Monitoring and Evaluation’ is held in the spring term.
Also in association with Wye College, Itad offered a four week course on Advanced Information Management and in the past has also worked with Wye College in their biannual course on ‘Microcomputers for Agricultural Development’. At UEA, Itad was responsible for a two-week course on the use of micro computing Applications in Monitoring and Evaluation, run as part of the annual course on Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Sector Projects and Programmes.Image © Nairobi, Kenya – 2008.
