Leadership
The Itad Group is a made up of Itad Group holdings (Itad 2015 Ltd) and its subsidiaries: Itad Inc (based in the US), Itad Ltd (based in the UK) and Itad Kenya Ltd (based in Kenya). While the subsidiaries are registered as separate legal entities, our leadership teams work in close partnership across the Group to achieve Itad’s vision of a more equitable and sustainable world through evidence and learning.
Governance
The governance and successful running of the Itad Group and its subsidiaries is overseen by Itad Group’s Board of Directors. The Board include: Chris Barnett, Jon Cooper, Megan Colnar, David Fleming, Michael Jary, Rob Lloyd, Sam McPherson, Sarah Ockenden, Tim Ruffer and Matt Smith.
